Can I get a same-day emergency appointment?
We keep slots available for emergencies every day. Call (03) 9826 3633 first thing in the morning and we’ll do our best to get you in. The earlier you call, the better your chances.
What counts as a dental emergency?
If you’re in pain, bleeding, have facial swelling, or you’ve cracked, lost, or knocked out a tooth — call us. Even if you’re not sure whether it’s urgent, it’s worth a quick call. We’d rather you check than sit at home in pain.
Are you taking on new patients?
Yes, we’re currently accepting new patients.
Do you accept my health fund?
We accept all Australian private health funds and process claims on the spot via HICAPS. We’re a preferred provider for Medibank, BUPA, HCF and NIB — which usually means lower out-of-pocket costs for you.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
You’re not alone — a lot of our patients are. Dr Gauri works at your pace and explains what’s happening at each step. We also offer happy gas (nitrous oxide) for anyone who needs it. Just let us know when you book.
